2. Data collected

When you contact us by email, telephone, WhatsApp or the quotation form, we process the details you supply, such as name, email, optional phone, property locality, service requested, project timing, budget range and project description. Please do not send identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in the enquiry form.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Responding to enquiries, assessing a possible project and preparing quotations: GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Communications required for an existing engagement may also be contractual or legally required. Promotional communications, if introduced, will be treated separately and not assumed from a quotation request.

4. Recipients and processors

We use website hosting, Wix Forms and email services to receive and respond to enquiries. These service providers may process personal data to deliver the services. Where transfers outside the EEA apply, appropriate safeguards must be used. Quotation requests are submitted through Wix Forms and email notifications are sent to VLC Homecraft at VLCHomecraft@proton.me. No third-party marketing disclosure is planned.

5. Retention

Enquiry information is retained for the period necessary to respond and manage any follow-up. We periodically review enquiries that do not lead to work and remove records no longer needed. Where work is agreed, records may be retained for applicable contractual, tax and legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, by writing to VLCHomecraft@proton.me. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Security and automated decision-making

We restrict access to enquiries to people who need it for legitimate business purposes. No automated decision about whether your project is accepted is planned.
